PRICING

A budget we agree on together.

Not per user. Not per device. We assess your environment, talk through what you actually need, and agree on a realistic budget.

HOW IT WORKS

A Consumption-Based Budget, Not All-You-Can-Eat.

Your budget isn’t a flat retainer you pay regardless of what gets done. It’s a set number of labour hours each month, priced at $150 an hour, that we actually consume delivering work for you.

THE OLD MODEL

All You Can Eat

Flat fee, unlimited support, sounds generous. But the incentive is backwards: the provider profits more the less work they do, since you pay the same either way. Most never report on how many hours were actually spent, or where. It’s sometimes called agreement efficiency: maximising profit by doing as little as possible.

OUR MODEL

Consumption-Based

You’re billed for hours worked, and hours worked mean value delivered. Every month, your IT manager reports exactly where those hours went: service desk, risk mitigation, or improvement work. No guesswork, no padding. Just a clear account of what was done and why it mattered.

And when we hit the budget, we don’t stop working. If there’s more that needs doing that month, service desk, risk mitigation, improvements, we keep going, so clients consistently get more than what they pay for.

MANAGED IT DEPARTMENT

A Budget We Set Together

Agreed through a conversation about your business and an IT assessment, not a number picked in isolation.

Help Desk & Support

Unlimited remote and onsite support, priority response, reviewed monthly by your IT manager.

Monitoring & Maintenance

24/7 proactive monitoring, patch management, asset lifecycle tracking.

Cyber Security

Endpoint detection, email security, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement.

Backup & Continuity

Managed backup and recovery, tested regularly to keep your data safe.

Governance

Working with you on IT disaster recovery plans, cyber incident response plans, IT policies, and business continuity plans.

Risk Management

Annual risk assessments feed your risk register, driving monthly mitigation activities, reported on each month.

Improvement & Reporting

Monthly improvement initiatives, related to risk or not, written up in plain language, no graphs.

Budget & Planning

Agreed together, reviewed every 6 months, no sales team, ever.

WHAT'S IN SCOPE

Almost everything.

Nearly anything that improves your IT can be included in your budget, and reported on in plain written language each month.

The only things out of scope are complicated projects and after-hours work. Projects like an office relocation or a large scale system implementation get their own budget and timeline. After-hours work always needs approval first, we aim to get as much done as possible within business hours, and only step outside them with your sign-off, much like an internal IT department with employees would.
